Do you ship all over the world?
no, we only ship to the USA, Canada, France . But due to the coronavirus epidemic we stopped our shipments to Europe.
Where do we ship your product from?
We ship from Canada where our international warehouse is located and where we manufacture our products but our offices are located in Nice, France.
Where are the products made?
Our cosmetics are made in Canada following FDA rules, guidelines, and regulations.
Do you provide tracking information?

How will taxes work?
There are no import or duty fees on orders shipped within North America. Most countries outside of the US charge import duties and customs fees. These can vary widely. For example, in the United Kingdom VAT is owed on all RicheCoffre products valued £40 or more. You will be responsible for any and all customs fees and duties.
I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
